To further improve the level of service we provide to our customers HAYSYS are pleased to announce the launch of their new Support Portal that can be accessed from the HAYSYS home page.

This support portal provides authorised access to many features such as:

Customer Helpdesk – where authorised customer engineers can raise fault reports, requests for assistance (both telephone and on-site) and track progress of fault resolutions.

Physical site configuration details. 

 

bullet

Access to related system documents, system drawings and user manuals.

It is planned to continuously grow the support portal adding more and more features to make it an extremely valuable tool to all of our customers.
